I’m here to accompany you on your way to a life full and healthy.

My journey began over 7 years ago, when I decided to transform my way of living. Live in Barcelona allowed me to study Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, so I opened the doors to a world full of knowledge on how to take care of our body from the inside out. To return to my country, Uruguay, I specialized in the fitness world with an Instructor who allowed me to collaborate with specialized centers for the woman, and today I have my own space in Montevideo.
